On Wednesday, 5th July 2023 – Dubai Developments, a leading developer in the United Arab Emirates, signed a landmark agreement with Aster DM Healthcare to construct the state-of-the-art Medcare Royal Hospital in Al Qusais. This groundbreaking partnership aims to construct the state-of-the-art Medcare Royal Hospital in Al Qusais, marking a significant milestone in the UAE's vision of becoming a global healthcare destination. Spanning an impressive 334,736 square feet and accommodating 126 beds, the hospital will be the fourth Medcare Hospital in Dubai and the fifth in the UAE, enhancing the existing network of 20 Medcare Medical Centres. The anticipated commencement of operations for this cutting-edge facility is set for December 2023.
